Search for full hashes matching the specified prefixes.

This is a custom method as described by guidance at https://google.aip.dev/136

Request parameters:

hashPrefixes - Required. The hash prefixes to be looked up.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GoogleSecuritySafebrowsingV5SearchHashesResponse.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
