APIFlags class
API Requests flags
These constants are being used to set different properties of request queue processing
for independent requests instances. APIRequest.settings property is being used for that.
The flags are working in bit mask technique. To combine multiple flags use | operator
APIRequest('user-info', settings: APIFlags.skipGlobal | APIFlags.resendOnFlood)
