MappingOrderedSet<K extends Comparable<K> , E> class
A simple implementation of OrderedSet that uses a SplayTreeMap as the backing store.
This allows it to keep a cache of elements priorities, so they can be used changed without rebalancing. For an alternative implementation, use ComparingOrderedSet.

Methods
-
add(
E e) → bool -
Adds the element
e
to this, and returns whether the element was added or not. If the element already exists in the collection, it isn't added.override -
addAll(
Iterable< E> elements) → int -
Adds each element of the provided
elements
to this and returns the number of elements added.inherited -
any(
bool test(E element)) → bool -
Checks whether any element of this iterable satisfies
test
.inherited -
asNameMap(
) → Map< String, T> -
Available on Iterable<
Creates a map from the names of enum values to the values.T> , provided by the EnumByName extension -
byName(
String name) → T -
Available on Iterable<
Finds the enum value in this list with nameT> , provided by the EnumByName extensionname
. -
cast<
R> () → Iterable< R> -
A view of this iterable as an iterable of
R
instances.inherited -
clear(
) → void -
Removes all elements of this.
override
-
contains(
Object? element) → bool -
Whether the collection contains an element equal to
element
.inherited -
elementAt(
int index) → E -
Returns the
index
th element.inherited -
elementAtOrNull(
int index) → T? -
Available on Iterable<

of this iterable, ornull
. -
every(
bool test(E element)) → bool -
Checks whether every element of this iterable satisfies
test
.inherited -
expand<
T> (Iterable< T> toElements(E element)) → Iterable<T> -
Expands each element of this Iterable into zero or more elements.
inherited
-
firstWhere(
bool test(E element), {E orElse()?}) → E -
The first element that satisfies the given predicate
test
.inherited -
fold<
T> (T initialValue, T combine(T previousValue, E element)) → T -
Reduces a collection to a single value by iteratively combining each
element of the collection with an existing value
inherited
-
followedBy(
Iterable< E> other) → Iterable<E> -
Creates the lazy concatenation of this iterable and
other
.inherited -
forEach(
void action(E element)) → void -
Invokes
action
on each element of this iterable in iteration order.inherited -
join(
[String separator = ""]) → String -
Converts each element to a String and concatenates the strings.

toElement
.inherited -
noSuchMethod(
Invocation invocation) → dynamic -
Invoked when a nonexistent method or property is accessed.
inherited
-
rebalanceAll(
) → void -
Allows you to rebalance the whole tree. If you are dealing with
non-deterministic compare functions, you probably need to consider
rebalancing.
If the result of the priority function for some elements
changes, rebalancing is needed.
In general, be careful with using comparing functions that can change.
If only a few known elements need rebalancing, you can use
rebalanceWhere.
Note: rebalancing is not stable.
Note: this is a potentially expensive operation, and should be used
sparingly.
override
-
rebalanceWhere(
bool test(E element)) → void -
Allows you to rebalance only a portion of the tree. If you are dealing
with non-deterministic compare functions, you probably need to consider
rebalancing.
If the priority function changed for certain known elements but not all,
you can use this instead of rebalanceAll.
In general be careful with using comparing functions that can change.
Note: rebalancing is not stable.
Note: this is a potentially expensive operation, and should be used
sparingly.
override
-
reduce(
E combine(E value, E element)) → E -
Reduces a collection to a single value by iteratively combining elements
of the collection using the provided function.

test
condition; returns the removed elements.inherited -
