[Breaking Change]: 'Popup' framework. Now create Popup by first generating PopupController using BuildContext and show a Popup using 'show' method of the controller. Similarly close the 'Popup' either using same controller or, getting the same controller from inside the Popup widget using its context, and call the 'remove' method of the controller.

[Breaking Change]: Replaced 'box' parameter in 'PositionedAlign' to 'size'.

Now can select the point of contact between the popup and the parent widget, using the 'parentAlign' parameter, to set the point according to the parent. And use 'childAlign' to set the alignment of the child around that pont.

Added 'PopupScope' to create scoped 'Popup' widget, such that, 'Popup' does not go outside the bounds of 'PopupScope' child widget.

Note:- Now 'Popup' uses 'PositionedAlign' for the child alignment so the 'Popup' will appear "lazily", to prevent it, provide 'childSize' parameter of the 'Popup'.
