PageContentScrollController class

A ScrollController that must be attached to a Scrollable widget in each page.

Since Viewport subscribes to PageContentScrollController.absorber to calculate the viewport state according to the scroll position, it is important that the PageContentScrollController obtained from PageContentScrollController.of is attached to a Scrollable widget in each page.
