Hides the terminal cursor.

moveFarLeft() → void

Available on Stdout, provided by the StdoutCursor extension

When added to the stdout; moves the cursor really far to the left.

showCursor() → void

Available on Stdout, provided by the StdoutCursor extension

Shows the terminal cursor.
